How the website handles enquiry information, what it requests and how to contact the office about access, correction or deletion of your data.
Scope
This notice explains how information submitted through the website is handled. It concerns initial contact and website use, rather than replacing professional engagement terms or arrangements for an accepted client file. Enquiries are directed to Al Jaradat Law through the published contact details.
Information and purpose
The form requests a name, contact details, matter type, brief summary and consent to follow up. This information is used to respond, consider whether the firm can accept the matter and organise follow-up. File uploads are not requested, and unnecessary sensitive information should not be submitted.
Hosting may process technical logs needed for operation and security. The plugin uses a derived connection identifier to limit automated requests without storing the raw address in the enquiry record. Advertising and third-party analytics are not enabled by default in this package.
Access and service providers
Enquiry access in the dashboard is restricted to users authorised to manage the website. Hosting and email providers may process information needed to operate the service or deliver notifications. Enquiries are not public, and matter details should not be used as marketing testimonials without a proper basis and permission.
Retention and deletion
Initial enquiry records have a default retention period of up to 180 days before automated removal from the plugin records. The office can change this to match an approved policy; actual execution depends on hosting task scheduling. Backups and mailboxes have their own retention arrangements.
If an enquiry becomes a professional engagement, client-file retention is addressed separately in light of applicable requirements. Contact the office to request access, correction or deletion. Identity verification and obligations that prevent immediate deletion may need to be considered.
Cookies and external services
WordPress administration uses login cookies. The package does not add visitor advertising trackers by default. External links, such as maps, are governed by the external provider’s policy when opened. New tracking tools or services require this notice and consent arrangements to be reviewed before activation.
Privacy contact
State that the enquiry concerns privacy and provide a suitable reply method. Do not submit an identity document unsolicited. Any necessary verification can be arranged through a more suitable channel.
