Questions Before a Consultation

Clear answers about consultation preparation, fees, privacy, acceptance of instructions and contacting Al Jaradat Law.

Information that helps route the enquiry

Many early questions concern the working arrangements rather than the legal issue itself. These answers explain what to send, what to expect and the difference between requesting contact and agreeing representation.

Do I need every document before making contact?

You can begin with a summary identifying the parties, type of matter, current stage and any approaching date. The required records can then be identified. Do not send complete sensitive files through the initial form.

How are fees determined?

Fees depend on the work, scale, deliverables and follow-up. Scope, fees and expenses are discussed before work begins. A preliminary call or website message does not mean every review or meeting is free; confirm the arrangement with the office.

Does submission mean the case is accepted?

No. The request is reviewed for subject matter, conflicts and capacity. Representation starts under clear agreed terms and any necessary authority or formalities.

Can an outcome or duration be guaranteed?

Court outcomes, recovery and completion times dependent on others cannot be guaranteed. A professional assessment can explain the options and relevant factors, and be updated when facts change.

What if a deadline is approaching?

Identify the date and contact the office directly. Do not assume a form submission stops time or arranges an appearance. Acceptance of the instruction and the proposed step must be confirmed.

Can I communicate in Arabic and English?

The website provides content in both languages. State your preferred contact language and confirm document or translation arrangements within the engagement. Certified or specialist translation may require a separate instruction.
