Explore Al Jaradat Law practice areas for businesses and individuals, including corporate matters, contracts, disputes, employment and property.
Find the area closest to your question
Each service page explains what a review may cover, which documents may be useful and how the next step is discussed. You do not have to select a perfect category. If several issues overlap, describe them together in the enquiry.
For businesses
Instructions can concern formation, shareholder relationships, commercial contracts, employment and unpaid accounts. Ongoing advisory support can also be discussed where recurring questions would benefit from a clear intake and reporting arrangement.
For individuals
You may need a contract or property agreement reviewed, a claim assessed or advice about a dispute or personal matter. The nature of the instruction, jurisdiction and records are considered before defining an appropriate scope.
How scope is agreed
Service headings are not automatic packages. Every file has its own facts and requirements. Proposed work, fees, expenses and additional instructions are explained, and the firm checks whether it can accept the matter before substantive work begins.
Keep any notice complete and identify its date in the first contact. If no heading matches your question, send a short description so that the firm can assess whether it falls within the available service scope.
